WELCOME TO BOYNTON UNITED FC 

History

Boynton United FC was formed with the idea of becoming a different type of club more than just an avenue for a child to play soccer.  Its founder wanted to create a club that would give our area soccer players the opportunity to be able to be developed at a high level as well as promote the idea that soccer is more than a sport, it is a culture.  

Our goal is geared more towards those players and parents who are looking for a high level of development/competition and learning more about “the beautiful game”.

The club was founded on the principal that development of all-around quality players can and should begin at a young age.  Our main emphasis and focus is on the PLAYER!

Mission

Boynton United FC’s mission is to provide all youth in the community with the opportunity to play soccer regardless of their skill level in a family friendly environment.  We are a development-focused youth program with emphasis on the Player.  Through this program, youth will be taught to improve their soccer skills while learning the important values of teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play.

Our goal is not only to advance the youth’s athletic skills but to grow their overall development as a person by building lifelong skills such as: strategic thinking, discipline, logic, goal setting and leadership, among others.  Research indicates that youth who develop these skills early on in life thrive in school, at home and will lead a more successful life.
 
We also believe that sports are supposed to be life lessons for kids. In theory, a sport should build strong bodies, not tear them down; through soccer we strive to teach sportsmanship, self-discipline and perseverance to all of our players. Since, sports are more than competition and they have many positive effects on children; we strive to build self confidence, learn to interact socially with peers, develop positive relationships with coaches and establish personal and team goals. We also want to teach players to learn to compete not only with others, but with themselves and to reach their goals, all while having fun playing soccer.
